"flying the falls" a Sony Hi Definition adventure documentary that will explore three countries in Southern African by air. Using microlights while in the air and our tried and test Gopeds as portable ground exploration devices.

Wing Camera Mounts Completed

Have built three brackets one for each wing tip and the nose to mount the Sony A1 High Definition video camera's. Look forward to testing them soon!

Mark,

nice wing camera mount. Did you have any trouble with the weight of it? (did you need a counter balance on the other side of the wing?)

Also, did it make any significan effects when flying? Was any drag/turn noticable.

Mark, one more thing, did you drill holes in the tip of your wing to mount it, or did you use pre existing holes.

I would guess that if you did drill a hole, right near the tip it shouldn't comromise any strength?

the weight made no difference, I did make another on the otherside with a counterweight wich I stopped using after a while. I drilled holes in a extention that I added onto the wings leading edge...
