Goped GTR arrives in the nick of time.

Our new portable exploration device (Goped GTR) arrived late this afternoon. In the nick of time for Sundays departure. Our thanks to Goped in California for there support. This is truly a remarkable piece of engineering which we are sure to put to the test over the next month or so.

Home made shoulder mount

Have just completed a light weight aluminum collapsible home made shoulder mount for the Sony Z1, packs really nicely into my trikes saddle bag.

Packed and ready to go

Had a successful camera test flight this afternoon. We are packed and ready to go, heading of at sunrise this Sunday...

Aerofoil Tubes

Aviate Products kindly supplied me with aerofoil tubes and main gear struts for my Raptor. Took it for a test flight after fitting them today and there is definitely better handling out of the wing with a smoother ride all round.

Wing Camera Mounts Completed

Have built three brackets one for each wing tip and the nose to mount the Sony A1 High Definition video camera's. Look forward to testing them soon!

Flight Authorisation Received

Our overflight & landing clearances arrived in the fax machine arrived today, we are all set to enter Namibia on the 1st May.
